Terms of Service

2. Quotes and final pricing

Rates shown in the calculator are based on the inputs you provide. The final amount is confirmed after we verify the card balance with the issuer. If the verified balance is lower than reported, we will re-quote and you may accept or cancel before payout.

2a. Card ownership and lawful sale

By submitting a card you represent and warrant that the card was lawfully obtained, is your property to sell, and has not been previously sold or reported lost/stolen. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or reverse any transaction we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to attempt fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
  • Submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, scrape excessively, or overload the Site.

4. User content

Any content you submit (e.g. via the contact form) must be your own and lawful. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Site.
